Twist Yoga is thrilled to announce the launch of our 500 hr Independent Study Teacher Training. Our goal as the next generation yoga training school is to provide you the freedom to help you prosper in the ideologies that support YOU in as your develop YOUR personal yoga brand.

Our program is different from others in that we don't limit you to trainings offered at our studio. Instead, our Yoga Alliance approved 500 RYT program allows you the freedom to tailor your yoga education to your own interests - we work with you to develop a focus of study that allows you to invest your time & money where YOU want; into trainings, teachers and topics that support you as you reach the next level of your yoga journey.
