Carmen Greenleaf

Carmen has been teaching yoga since 1998. She first studied with Richard Schachtel in the Iyengar tradition, but discovered power yoga, and fell in love with the flow and challenge. A Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, she completed her Baron Baptiste Teacher Training Level 1 in 2005, and Level 2 in 2007. Her classes are challenging, fast-paced, and fun.
Carmen is a former ballet dancer, studying classical ballet from the time she was three until she danced professionally in Spokane from 1993-1994 with Conservatory Ballet Theater. She also holds a BA in Political Science from Gonzaga University. She resides in Lynnwood with her husband and three sons.
