Michael Warner, an Experienced (E-RYT), Insured and Qualified National Certified Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance and trained Pilates Instructor. He has been practicing for over 11 years and teaching around 4,000 classroom hours for over 7 years while connecting with more than 12,000 glorious souls. Gracefully, he brings a rich blend of training, talent and expertise to his class offerings whether at a traditional yoga studio, college classroom, community recreation, doctor's office, private client's home, corporate setting and/or wellness/healing center. He also brings a strong core emphasis from his ACE training and mentorship he received at LA Fitness in 2007. Michael's versatility is represented by the variety of classes he teaches; all levels, core, pilates, restorative, yin, meditation, and asana flow are just a few. Michael combines his education in counseling and psychology with the knowledge he has gathered through years of practice and studies.
