From very first yoga class Russ found a safe and fun way to find health, strength and to r-e-l-a-x. Soon he became a “regular”. and realized great health benefits and a new found awareness. With a desire to share the gift of Yoga and learn more he received his teaching certification and has enjoyed sharing what he has experienced with students of all levels. Styles he studies and practices include Ashtanga, Anusara, Baptise, Viniyoga, Purna, Anusara, Viniyoga, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. What inspires him the most is that Yoga is for everyone and everyone can benefit from the very first breath they take on the mat. Just show up, open your heart and see what happens!
